Man Wanted On Indictment In Jefferson County Arrested

Detectives in Morristown arrested a man Tuesday wanted on an indictment in Jefferson County. Police had received a tip that 37 year old Marcos Summerson was at a residence on Miller Street. Summerson was found outside the residence with a ag of heroin along with other baggies to package the drugs. He was taken into custody with just under a gram of heroin in his possession. He was transported to the Jefferson County jail in Dandridge but will be sent back to face the charges in Hamblen County later.
