Pokémon Card Theft Leads To Arrest Warrant
An arrest warrant has been issued for a man for stealing…Pokémon cards. A manager at Love’s Travel Center showed police video footage of a man walking to a shelf where he takes a row if Pokémon cards off and conceals them. The man then walked a lap around the store, grabbed another row of cards off the rack and then left out the truck entrance in the back of the store. The manager stated that she had only put the cards on the shelf the day before and there were now sixty packs missing at $5.99 each…giving the travel center a loss of nearly $390. The responding officer was able to identify the thief as it was the same person involved in a similar theft at another business last September. Police have issued an arrest warrant for 47 year old Shannon Gann for theft under $1,000.
