MPD Charges Two With Murder
The Morristown Police Depaertment has arrested two individuals and have charged them with the murder of Julio Toledo and the attempted murder of a second man at a mobile home park in Morristown on Saturday, April 29. 19 year old Jonathan Ditullio of Morristown has been charged with one count of First Degree Murder and one count of Attempted First Degree Murder plus Especially Aggravated Robber. Another male suspect was also arrested and faces the same charges. That person’s identity was not released as he was a juvenile at the time of the murder but has since turned 18. No details regarding the fatal shooting of Toledo and the shooting of 35 year old Francisco Suarez at the Five Point Mobile Home Park was released. Police were dispatched to that mobile home park around 12:40am the morning of April 29th where they found Toledo dead in his car and Suarez on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head. The two victims were co-workers at a construction company.
