Vols Blast Their Way To Super Regional

The Tennessee Vols are heading to the Super Regional in the NCAA Baseball Tournament. Top ranked UT played Southern Miss in the final for the Knoxville Regional on Sunday. Tennessee used the long ball blasting five home runs on their way to a 12-3 win over Southern Miss to punch their ticket to the Super Regional. With those five round trippers, The Vols set a team record for most home runs in a single season with 159, breaking the record of 158 set two years ado in 2022.

So what’s next for Tennessee? They will play the winner of the Greenville Regional final between East Carolina and Evansville. Those two teams play for the Greenville Regional title later today.
