Arrest Of One Man Leads To Drug Arrest For Two Others

Last week Morristown police set up at a local motel to arrest a man with outstanding warrants…police had information that 45 year old Mason Cloud would be in the Super 8 Motel parking lot on Quarterhorse Trail. Cloud was taken into custody…there were two other individuals in the vehicle…43 year old April Bailey of Bulls Gap and 24 year old Terrell Cody of Russellville. A search of the vehicle found 3.7 grams of heroin in the drivers seat where Cloud was…Bailey stating that the heroin was hers. Cody was asked if he had anything illegal on him to which he told officers no…but officers found 13 grams of heroin in his possession. Both Bailey & Cody were arrested and charged with sale and delivery of schedule I narcotics.
