Bybee Man Arrested For Aggravated Assault

A Bybee man was arrested Thursday after he threatened to kill his own brother. 51 year old Joey Sutton stated that he and his 53 year old brother Robin Sutton got into an argument Thursday evening, and during so, he says Robin pulled a knife on him and threatened to “kill him”. Deputies spoke with Robin Sutton who stated the argument was just verbal, but deputies noticed he had an odor of alcohol. He was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.
