Cocke Co. Sheriff’s Office Looking To Fill Openings

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office looking to fill several positions. Among the positions that are currently in need of someone to fill them include…Sheriff’s Deputy…School Resource Officer…Animal Control Officer…Civil Process Server…Court Bailiff…Transport Officer…and Corrections officer. Applications are available at the sheriff’s office in the courthouse during business hours and are being accepted through Friday November 5th at noon.

All positions require the applicant to be 21 years of age with the exception of Corrections officer, which has a minimum age of 18 to apply. All applicants must also go through a background check and also complete civil service testing.
