Cocke County Man Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

A Cocke County man was arrested Saturday on animal cruelty charges. The Cocke County Sheriff’s office responded to a property where they found several dogs that had been neglected and abused. The dogs were emaciated with ribs showing. The dogs were removed from the property. Arrested was 66 year old Michael Miller. He is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
