Double Shooting In Morristown

Morristown police responded to not one but two shootings last night which sent two people to the hospital. The first was at 7:43 last night at Morningside Drive and Huan Drive. One person was shot multiple times and had to be airlifted to the hospital…then just 3 minutes later at McGhee Avenue just across the Davy Crockett Parkway…another shooting…where one person was shot in the leg and had to be transported for medical care at the hospital. Morristown police believe these shootings are related and are currently investigating. No other details are available at this time.
