Missing Middle Tennessee Boy Thought To Be In East TN

A missing 3 year old child from middle Tennessee may be in east Tennessee. The TBI working alongside the Gallatin, TN police department issued an endangered child alert Tuesday for 3 year old Noah Clare who went missing last Saturday, November 6th. Investigators have reason to believe that the boy may be with his non-custodial father who lives in the Gatlinburg area. The public is being asked to be on the lookout for 3 year old Noah Clare. He is 3 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 40 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camo shirt, and black shoes. Jacob Clare, drives a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy with Tennessee tags; 42MY10….with stickers covering the back end of the vehicle. The vehicle also has a dent in the left rear bumper.
