Search Continues For Missing 3 Year Old

Law enforcement are continuing to search for a non-custodial father who is thought to have abducted his 3 year old son and also his 16 year old niece. On Sunday the TBI continued to ask for the public’s help in finding 35 year old Jacob Clare. He picked up his 3 year old son on Friday November 5th and did not bring him back home on Sunday November 7th. Clare, who has tactical training was thought to be in the Smoky Mountains area…possibly around Gatlinburg. Clare is 6’7″ tall…200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his arms. His left arm is a tribal sleeve, his right arm “Clare” on his forearm. He is believed to have his 3 year old son Noah Clare with him as well as Noah’s 16 year old cousin Amber. They could be in a 2005 silver Subaru with many stickers on the back lift gate and damage to the left rear bumper. Anyone who spots or has information about the three should call 1-800 TBI-FIND.
