Theft/Assault

Deputies responded Thursday to a residence on Phillips Hollow Road to a report of a theft. Officers spoke with Ms. Devin Pack who stated that Willard Dallas Jones had taken her truck without permission, and that while she was at the residence on Phillips Hollow, Mr. Jones showed up in her truck. Ms. Pack stated that when Jones arrived, he came inside the home and assaulted her, and also took her keys and phone and threw them in the ditch. Ms. Pack was observed to have red marks, broken skin and some blood marks from the incident. Mr. Jones fled the scene prior to officers arrival, and a warrant has been issued.
