GA Man Charged In Pigeon Forge Shooting
A Georgia man has now officially been charged in a shooting that happened early Sunday morning in Pigeon Forge. Police say that 21-year-old Aiden Long of Ringold, Georgia is charged with aggravated assault. Around 2:30am Sunday, officers were dispatched to a cabin development in Pigeon Forge about shots being fired. They found 31-year-old Bradley Vandergriff of Dalton, Georgia, had been shot in the stomach. Vandergriff was then transported to the UT Medical Center in Knoxville where he underwent surgery Sunday afternoon, and is now recovering.
The Pigeon Forge Police Department did not reveal any details about what led to that shooting.
