CCSO Seizes Pounds Of Marijuana During Search

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office served a search warrant on a suspected drug house over the weekend. The sheriff’s office stated there had been numerous complaints about the activity at that house. Officers did not find meth or heroin this time, but they did find a large amount of marijuana…34 pounds worth. Besides the Marijuana, polcie also seized two loaded handguns and $500 in cash. While the sheriff’s office says they did not find meth or heroin in the search, some marijuana is being laced with fentanyl, making it just as dangerous as the other two.
