Standing Room Only Tickets Available For Vols Super Regional

Even though the games are sold out as the Tennessee Vols attempt to make it to the College World Series for the first time in 16 years, you still have a chance to be there. The university has announced they will put a limited amount of standing room only tickets up for sale at the front entrance ticket window at Lindsey Nelson stadium. Those tickets will go on sale 90 minutes before game time…so that means those standing room only tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 5:30…as game time is scheduled for 7pm….however fans can start lining up for those tickets at 2pm. UT will take on LSU in a best of 3 series with a trip to the college world series on the line.

If you can’t get into the stadium you can still experience the game at a Big Orange Block Party that UT has put together adjacent to the stadium…complete with a big screen tv to show the game to the crowd. That block party will open at 4:30 tomorrow afternoon. Game 1 tomorrow evening will be televised nationally on ESPN 2 if you’d rather stay at home and watch it from your living room.
