Sevier County Sheriff’s Dept. Arrest Two In Shooting

The Sevier County Sheriff’s office has arrested two individuals in relation to the shooting of a man near the Mountain View Baptist Church on Goose Gap Road Tuesday afternoon. Deputies arrived on scene and found 29 year old Brandon Fernandez wounded from a gunshot to his thigh. Today, Sevier County deputies arrested two men…29 year old William Nails and 26 year old Timothy Galvin. Nails is being charged with one count of attempted first degree murder, Galvin is being charged with accessory to attempted first degree murder. No details on what led to the shooting have been released. The victim, Brandon Fernandez was flown to the UT Medical Center in Knoxville. He is listed in stable condition.
